It started at a Boy Scout summer camp, when a troopmate fainted from heat exhaustion, a moment that pushed Aarav to partner with DEVIS and take action against extreme heat. In May 2025, the team assembled and distributed 50 Heat Relief Kits (cooling fans, reusable water bottles, caps, electrolyte drinks, and energy bars) to unhoused residents in downtown Los Angeles. In June 2026, the effort expanded to Skid Row with 150 additional kits, bringing the total to 200 distributed. 200 kits later, the message remains the same: no one should have to face extreme heat alone.
